At the AF Global Foundation, we believe in creating unique opportunities for young players - locally, regionally, and globally - to access elite football training, academic excellence, and a brighter future
Both the UK and the wider world face serious challenges, including low social mobility and high youth unemployment, often shaped by social and demographic inequality. Our mission is to break this cycle by empowering young people and opening doors to lasting change
We support individuals from under-resourced communities across the UK and around the world, helping them stay in education through their passion for football, while enhancing their long-term prospects and social mobility
We are committed to championing equal opportunity and promoting ethnic diversity among low-income families globally. At the same time, we aim to support the rise of future international football stars, regardless of where their journey begins

Our Global Scholarship Award provides not only a life-changing, free opportunity but also encourages young people worldwide to engage in sport and lead a healthy, active lifestyle
Our mission is to award one girl and one boy a fully funded place at one of our football academies in the UK, which includes boarding, meals, world-class education, elite football training, and future career support
We strive to make a global impact by using our social media platforms to promote health, activity, and positive messaging
By working with our globally renowned ambassadors, we spread awareness of our mission and inspire the next generation
Through aiScout’s free app platform, we provide young people with the opportunity to showcase their technical and fitness abilities through virtual trials
We will also offer free signed football equipment and apparel
UK IMPACT: WE WILL PROVIDE FREE COACHING AND MENTORING SESSIONS TO UNDERPRIVILEGED YOUNG PEOPLE ACROSS THE UK
Local Outreach:
Free coaching and mentoring sessions at schools and clubs in Leominster, Teignmouth, and Tunbridge Wells
National Offer:
A fully funded place on our residential half-term training camps for UK-based students at one of our partner schools
Regional Programmes:
Free tournaments and satellite coaching and mentoring camps at our school venues, reaching wider areas across Devon, Kent, and Herefordshire during Easter and summer
Additional Support:
Winners will also receive free signed football equipment and apparel
